Bobby Nystrom Award Voting
Nystrom Award 2007
Since 1991, the New York Islanders
have presented the Bob Nystrom Award, to the Islander "who best exemplifies
leadership, hustle and dedication."
In 2004 - the Booster Club had the
honor of voting exclusively for this award. Once again, for this season,
the 2006-2007 winner will be voted on by the members of the Club.
In a
very close vote - the winner for the 2006-07 season was #7, Trent Hunter.
Before the Sunday game against the Rangers, NYIBC President Claire Harding, got
to present Trent with the award. Congratulations to Trent on winning this
prestigious award!
